 Matthew Heath, President/CEO, Broker
Matt founded Integrated Benefit in 1991 to serve clients in every major industry. He has over 22 years of experience in the employee benefits industry.
An entrepreneur himself, Matt has been dedicated to helping other entrepreneurs succeed. He is committed to using his experience and vast knowledge of the benefits industry to bring the best options to each and every one of his clients based on the clients specific needs. He takes pride in being a trusted partner to each and every one of our clients.
Prior to joining Integrated Benefit, Matt was a business development account executive with Linsay & Associates, where he worked with large and small employers on Pension & Profit sharing plans, and non-qualified executive bonus programs.
Matt is involved in various organizations in the insurance industry. He has been involved in numerous industry organizations including Orange County Employee Benefit Council and California Association of Health Underwriters. He is committed to staying at the forefront of the changes happening in the insurance industry whether it be in legislation, benefit trends, or technology. He is also involved in a number of non-profit ventures seeking to end poverty in third world countries including Nuru International, Opportunity International, and Children of Grace.
An avid surfer, Matt resides in San Clemente with his wife Susan and together they have two children and two son-in-laws. He is proud grandpa to granddaughters Hazel Grace and Harper Hope. |

 Bibi Pham, Executive Vice President, Broker
Bibi began his career at Integrated Benefit in 2000. Starting with account management he worked his way through each area of expertise within the company. One his greatest achievements was the development of Integrated Benefit’s market analysis and strategic renewal planning. This process is now the standard procedure for all new business and renewals. He went on to become a licensed insurance broker in 2005. His experience working in account management has given him valuable insight into what clients experience which gives him a unique hands-on approach to servicing clients. He is dedicated to understanding each and every clients needs and providing the “perfect-fit” benefits package.
Bibi maintains relationships with leaders within the industry and stays current on all new benefits legislation which gives him a cutting edge knowledge he uses to keep his clients up to date. Bibi’s dedication to client service is unmatched in the industry.
Prior to joining Integrated Benefit, Bibi was a full-time student athlete and was a hurdler and decathlete on the Azusa Pacific University Cougars, winning national championships with them in 2003 and 2004. Bibi earned Academic All-American honors with the Cougars both seasons. Bibi holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration with a minor in Philosophy from Azusa Pacific University.
Bibi lives in Ladera Ranch with his wife Virginia and son Watson. In his free time he enjoys surfing, fishing and good BBQ!
